Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to walking accessories purchased from Youngiuplantao. We aim to handle returns and exchanges in a clear and fair manner.

1. Return Period

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in the same condition as when received, with all tags and accessories included.

2. Eligible Items

The following products are eligible for return if unused and in original condition:

• Reflective Arm Band
• Insulated Water Flask
• Route Map Folio

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components cannot be returned. Personalized or specially ordered items are not eligible for return unless defective.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, contact us via the contact form or email at infocenter@youngiuplantao.world. Include your purchase date, item name, and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions within two business days.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, contact us before returning. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). If a product fails to meet guarantees of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
